Help

My phone company said that I have to send back my phone to Blackberry because it would stop rebooting and get a new one because it defective. But I don't know how and what to send the phone in. What should I do? :smileysad:

Who is your phone company? it appears you've entered your phone number where you should enter your mobile provider.

 

You need to ask them -- your carrier -- where to send it. They should be handling this for you. Don't let them toss you aside.
