Hi, Could you please how I can do the update my service at aim to use the App wold?? I try to use the App word but I dont manage... I have this message on my smartphone: "Update your service by selecting the navigation function and discover the many possibilities of Blackberry App World." Could you please give me the steps to do this update?? Thanks for your attention Best regards

It sounds as if perhaps you don't have an adequate plan with your carrier for AppWorld...I suggest contacting them...see this page for the minimum requirements for AppWorld:
