I purchased an app for my playbook "Journal Notes Multimedia" and it isn't working. I keep getting the message: Sorry! The application Journal Notes Multimedia (process com.wsijournalmedia) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Many tries and reboots and it's still not working, help. The company that produces the app "Wizard Solutions" tells me For the PlayBook, there is no error reporting. Please contact RIM for the refund. The contact email address is listed in the email you received after the purchase.
They are wrong, there is no contact email and it has taken me a long time to even get to this point, I am discussed, it's not about the small amount of money it's just the princiable that if I purchase someting and it doesn't work I should be able to get a refund without going through hours of hoops.
