I have tried to submit the info below. When I input the phone pin # (from the status page on the phone) I get an invalid pin message. Please tell me how to correct this and solve the problem I have outlined below. I purchased pocket 12c se and berry popup from appworld. Then I had to exchange phones at verizon. When I try to reload the apps with code # supplied I get an invalid code message on both apps. I would like code numbers that work or a refund. Thank you, Bill Savage

With regards to the PIN number it should be in the format of  3 numbers followed by 3 letters followed by 2 numbers, correct? e.g. 123ABC45.  That's the number you input.

Note that if you switched your device, you will want to take a look at the following Knowledge Base article.  It should give you more information on how to get your apps back following a switch: LINK

The nomenclature may differ : I have digits only on one of my device.
