I need to update my password in order to receive my e-mails but cannot find the one sent to me by BB

I received an e-amil indicating that I needed to update my password for my e-mail account that I set up with the BB pearl. I went into BB setup and into the personal e-mail setup. I then typed in my username and realized that I forgot my password. I then clicked on "forgot password" and proceeded to have my password be sent to my e-mail address set up in my BB, but have not received it. I called my carrier, but they said that they found no problems. I am trying to figure out where they sent my password. Can anyone please assist? Thanks!

I believe that password is sent to by SMS.

Thanks, but where can I find SMS? I am not familiar with some of the technical abbreviations and so forth, so please simplify the terms for me. Thanks!

hello,

if you carrier has sent you your password, you can ask them how to retrieve it.
SMS is the real name for text messenging.
