I received an e-amil indicating that I needed to update my password for my e-mail account that I set up with the BB pearl. I went into BB setup and into the personal e-mail setup. I then typed in my username and realized that I forgot my password. I then clicked on "forgot password" and proceeded to have my password be sent to my e-mail address set up in my BB, but have not received it. I called my carrier, but they said that they found no problems. I am trying to figure out where they sent my password. Can anyone please assist? Thanks!

I believe that password is sent to by SMS.
