I paid Safe Wallet in AppWorld and AppWorl gave me a trial application

I purchased Safe Wallet for 4.99 US$ in AppWord. I logged in to my AppWord on my Bold 9780 and completed the payment by my credit card. I also received Purchase Receipt email from AppWord. My bank account has debited me also.  AppWorld let me download a 12 days trial application...

What should I do now?

If you open the trial application, press the Menu key .. is there any Option or setting for 'upgrade to paid version", "register" or "enter license key"?

 

Or if you return to AppWorld > MyWorld, is there any upgrade to full version?

The Trial version has blank field for enter license key. But I do not have. My AppWorld shown this application has installed and only delete button let me delete this trial application.

Things I'd try...

 

1- Check your receipt for a license key.

 

2- Open MyWorld > Press the Menu key > refresh List. After the refresh, does any upgrade appear for SafeWallet?

  • In MyWorld, delete SafeWallet.
  • Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
  • Now, return to AppWorld > MyWorld and download SafeWallet again, do you get the full version?

There is no clue in receipt that leading me to serial :smileyvery-happy:

Refresh with nothing changed.

I do not want to delete this trial application and install again. There are a review within this application claiming that, once you uninstall, you have to pay one more time to re- install it. There no download or trial option for this application.

Where I should go?

Then you need to contact the developer for assistance, or call VMS your mobile provider for assistance.

I called to my bank and what they explaint to me:

RIM AppWorld is retail site. My issue is RIM has not provided me the right product that they describe in their own site (AppWorld) when I completed my payment. I have to contact RIM for product claim.  If RIM said 4.99 USD for 12 days trial Safe Wallet then I have to accept and no charge back from my bank account.

Wow, they are big company and well-protected.

Anyone can give me RIM email address? See what they answer me with this trial application sold. It small but I can let it go.

And just the clear your confusion, the way to contact RIM on this matter is to call VMS, your mobile provider who will then transfer your issue to RIM support.
