thank you very much. I will try it in a minute. by the way is desktop manager the same thing with desktop software.

When opening my blackberry app world u have to log in with your email and password, as I did nd clicked on login it authenticats ask if I agree or don't agree to the terms nd regulations which I obviously agreed to then it opens by my blackberry app world I'd nd stays there your help would be kindly appreciated I cnt login via the other method as it says my javascript is not enabled please help.

Blackberry ID set up - still getting errors trying to access App World

I just got my BB Style last week. I went to to myBlackberry.com and got a BB ID. I still get the error that App World can't verify my email. What am I missing?

Hello Pietie755,

 

Does your BlackBerry have Wi-Fi? If so, turn off the Wi-Fi connection and try to log in again.

 

As for Javascript, have a look at KB10098

I also have this authenticating issue, and not sure how to solve it. I have entered my username and password, which are fine, but all I get is a green bar saying 'loading' and it doesn't get any further. I've tried reloading App World twice and don't get any further. It's a Blackberry Curve 8520. Any help?

I am unable to login into BB App World.

 

I have rebooted my curve 8530 and removed the battery.

 

I also tried removing the BB App World application from my phone and reinstalled it.

 

I keep getting the same error message:

 

BB App World is having trouble connected to the BB App World Server.  VErify your network connection and try again.

 

PLEASE HELP!!  Thanks!!
