Bold 9700 on Vodafone UK.
Go to login and it authenticates but gets stuck at loading. if you come out of it it mentions agreeing to new service t&c's.
v 5.0.0.862 (platform 5.1.0.175)
Really is getting annoying as cannot add any apps / themes etc.
Lots of people are posting about this on other forums so there is an issue - can someone help with a fix? Or is this an issue that RIM aren't acknowledging?

im having the same issue im in a loop of accepting the t&c's then it just goes to save your password.

I have been trying for hours to log in, before I discovered this string of postings. Repeatedly registered and reset password with same error messages: password is invalid, account not found, or use another email address (which I don't have). CAN'T SOMEONE FROM BLACKBERRY / RIM AT LEAST ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM, better yet FIX IT! Especially since there is no phone or email contact information provided.

I find it especially annoying when I phoned Vodafone about it, and they said "contact Blackberry" only to go through to Blackberry to be told I would have to "pay-as-you-go" for technical support and to get my credit card!! When I signed my 2 year contract, I really expected it to come with technical support if the phone went wrong - otherwise I could end up with a duff phone and stuck in a contract.

If you hit your Menu key, do you have the option to Save? If so, what happens when you save that screen?
