Hi, I followed the process given by message 61 signed in and accepted the terms and agreement. It still didn't allow me to get pass the username details page when signing in on my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it give me an error message saying try again later. How do I download activeX? Will it work?

Can you assist. I cannot log on to App World.  When registering I may have mis-spelt my password.

Any solutions, can you help to recover my actual registered password?  I would rather not create another account.

But when I enter it it says incorrect email password comb

1. Try rebooting your device, if that doesn't work,
2. Try deleting and the re installing Blackberry Application World,
3. If you still have a problem, then you might want to check your Time and Date settings. Set your time zone and your auto update time zone should be ON. Good luck.

You should try rebooting your device by removing the battery while the p
hone is still on.

I also just got the new toruch and when trying to sign into app world it ask for my ID and pass word I put in my black berry email and my pass word and I get unable to validate the e mail address and password combination. (error id:30601 )
