I can't sign I'm to app world it says use the Same email as the smart phone but I any hit a smart phone
From those words, I cannot at all deduce what your issue is. Is there some error message presented? If so, the exact and complete content would be so much more helpful...and perhaps even lead to our understanding, which may well lead to providing you with useful guidance. But, as written, I quite honestly cannot at all understand your situation. Please try again?

Everytime I enter app world, it tells me to update my app world, and then after it downloaded 55% it tells me that there has been a communication error. What do I do?

Try a different channel -- if you are on WiFi, then try instead your carrier data network and/or a more stable WiFi network. If you are on your carrier data network, then try WiFi.

I had a Torch 9800 in the past, App World was working good.
I transfered my data on my new Bold 9900 when I bought it, and changed my default email adress.
I created a new Blackberry ID with this new adress.
Since then, I can't log in anymore on App World.
I accepted the terms of licence, and logged in, then nothing, it comes back to the main menu.
Now, I accept the terms of licence, and then nothing, it comes back to the main menu, but no login page.
I tried to re-install App World, but the problem is still the same.
Any idea, what I should do?

Now, on your 9900, go in the device options and look for the BlackBerryID entry. Can you log out and then log in back ?
it may ask you to upgrade BBID first.
I updated the BBID, and logged in.
But I still can't log in on App World
