At the home screen click on the options icon>select display>screen display>scroll to the bottom and look at the installed themes. Is the new theme listed?

Hi,
Click on the options icon>device>Application Management. Check to see if it's listed.
If not go back to App World>select My World> see if it is listed as installed.
