I have purchased a few apps in App World. 2 are not compatible with the Storm. I need a refund or a credit. I attempted a claim through PayPal with no response. How do I get a refund or credit?
Suggestion: As a software developer I have no doubt that App World can be written to determine the Blackberry version that is logged in. All applications should be certified to a certain version and then Blackberrys should not see what is not compatible.
