Could you please try uninstalling BlackBerry App World™ storefront from Options > Device > Application Management on your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9800 smartphone then reinstalling it? If this doesn't resolve the issue, please refer to this article for assistance with the icon not displaying. i tried to re- download it but it wont let me saying that it already exist but cant find the icon !
