I encountered a similar issue when I tried to open my app world. It prompted me an error message which said "This is an issue with the current session. Please login to continue. ( Error Id: 30702) I installed the app and re-installed it via wifi, it still doesn't work. Anyone can help???

I have my BB for a long time now and my app world doesn't want to work. It keeps on saying installation failed and something about my ID. I did register for the BB ID. So now I deleted my app world and it won't download it because it keeps on saying my phone does not meet the system requirements that are neede to support null. Please some help would be awesome.

My blackberry app world doesn't work well it does but when I try to download something it says please wait..... It says that for at least 6 minutes then it comes up and says a blackberry identify update is needed. Would you like to install it now I click yes then it says contacting blackberry ID server and all it does is the loading bar stays at 0 then it says your update has failed
please help me ![]()

Can you perhaps provide some details please? "not working" really leaves us too much room to guess, making guessing useless. Is there an error message? If so, what is the exact and complete error message, including all punctuation, codes, etc.?
