My password is not accepted

Hello,

 

When I change the SIM card or in some other cases, my phone does not accept logging to logging to my phone unless I log into the app world. And when I try to do that it does not accept my password although I'm sure that it's correct. The same happened to me yesterday when I tried to log into my blackberry world. My phone is 9900
