MyWorld Stuck at 0%

I downloaded an app, when i went back and downloaded another app it was back up at 0%, i removed the app, and tried to resume the download.  Now it will not move from 0%, i left it trying to download for quite some time with no luck.

You removed the "app", meaning AppWorld? or the first app you downloaded?

 

With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

 

Try it again.

Both actually, i removed app world, reinstalled... which didnt help then the app.  I removed the battery and am recieving the same problem.  I tried to pause and resume and have the same problem.  I went to the app (in appworld), and it no longer has download under it.

If you uninstalled AppWorld and reinstalled it, it won't have the record of your previous download. Correct.

 

Start all over again.
