Network error

I am trying to get an app from BlackBerry World, when I press download it says 'download starting', then I get 'A network error has occurred while processing your request.  Please ensure you have sufficient network coverage and try again.'

I have tried downloading over wi-fi and  over my mobile network and I get the same error message.  My husband is a developer for BlackBerry and he hasn't been able to help me fix the problem.  Has anyone else encountered this problem??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:

  • KB33818Downloaded applications in BlackBerry World are stuck in an Installing state and cannot be cancelled or removed from the download list

You also might try rebooting your Z10.

Thanks. I tried everything you suggested but I'm still getting the same error. Free apps download fine, this is the first paid app I've tried to download.

I have the same problem which started yesterday while trying to download apps to my Z10. I tried the suugested fixes which didn't work.  I am also with Bell!
