Yes. My Blackberry ID as well as software is updated. It still doesn't show the application & doesn't allow me to download any application either.

 

I tried calling the support for blackberry but they are now suggesting to visit Blackberry service outlets as they are not aware about any process.

  • On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status. What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

I had downloaded 2 in 1 flashlights, Whats app. Both are deleted.

 

It is saying not connected.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Hi everyone. So this is what I did: I went to my desktop software and chose update which gives you a "no updates available", select other versions then proceed as prompt. I re-installed my current software, I didn't downgrade or upgrade, I use an 06 9300 Curve. It reinstalled the software and I managed to get the older versions of App World, Twitter for BB and Whatsapp. I will never upgrade any app in my life. Hope your problems work out too :smileyhappy:. @jackpavarotti

I mean what sense dose it make having a blackberry without the App world feature ? For the past 3wks now, this problem still unsolved !
