Yes. My Blackberry ID as well as software is updated. It still doesn't show the application & doesn't allow me to download any application either.
I tried calling the support for blackberry but they are now suggesting to visit Blackberry service outlets as they are not aware about any process.

I had downloaded 2 in 1 flashlights, Whats app. Both are deleted.
It is saying not connected.
