No Icon after downloading from BB App World

I have BB 9860 device. I have downloaded "Lider" application from BB App World. The application size is 5.5 MB (displaying on Desktop Browser) but on BB App World from device, it is shwoing only 246KB. I have downloaded but no icon exist in the device. Could be any problem with BB App World Download?

Please check here:

  • KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone

If the app is indeed installed to your BB, then the icon must be there...look everywhere (e.g., Homescreen, Downloads, Apps, etc.) as well as be sure you have "Show All" active (in case the icon is hidden). Also be sure you don't have a custom Theme running that may be hiding the app from you.

 

If it's not installed, then attempt re-installation via AppWorld.
