1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3a. Press your Menu key > Refresh List.. OR  For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST" 
(3b. For the Torch or Storm)-- Hold the num-lock ("!?123") button so it locks and then hit "34("
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

 

You should find your previously purchased applications in the Unistalled list in your MyWorld.

Sorry bout the delay, I tried the 2nd tier help system and they knew even less than the front line help folks. at least one of them claimed to use a playbook too ! Feel like I've been orphaned again.... Anybody want a C-64, Atari 800 or maybe just a TI calculator <G>

Wait. Teagan, this thread is about the BlackBerry smartphine not a Playbook. You didn't state above that you needed support with AppWorld on the Playbook. The technical support for the Playbook is different.
