No connection to AppWorld

Hallo,

i can´t go to the App World. I must make a update for the BlackBerry ID but the server can not connectet. Error 80002. What is the Problem. If it possible please write in German. Thanks

You're sure i it is 80002?

 

If you're getting the 80003 error, there are three user-suggested fixes:

1. Follow these directions:
First delete AppWorld on your OS 5 Blackberry, (Options > Advanced > Applications) or on OS 6/7 devices (Options > Device > Applications)
Then copy the whole address below and paste it in your BlackBerry browser, or click on it from this forum page FROM your BlackBerry.

2. Make sure you are connecting to AppWorld while on a WiFi connection. This has worked for some.

3. On Os5 BlackBerrys, go to Options, Advanced Options, TCP/IP. Select APN which is the first box. Under it
next to APN type Internet. Save it and it will work.
On OS6 & 7 BlackBerrys, go to Options > Device, at the bottom Advanced System Settings. Go to TCP IP. Select the first box and next to APN type "Internet". Your BlackBerry ID will download. It will ask to restart your device, do so and if you then go it to your App World > MyWorld, it will prompt you to a blue screen where you need to log in.

Yes it is 80002.

I reinstalled App World and installed again but the error is still present. My account information but can get the BB and my bb id also.

Good Morning,

 

i will test it with WiFi this day. But it should not work without WiFi? When you travel, you do not necessarily even WiFi.

Yes, it should, but there could be an error causing it.
