My phone was stolen 2 weeks ago, now I have a new phone. I have forgotten my blackberry ID and email password and when I answer my security question the answer is emailed to the same email address that I am trying to access... PLEASE HELP, I really don't know what to do. My service provider is mtn, I called them more than 5 times, they put me on hold for more than an hour *bbm crying face*
Yes I was, I'm not sure who is your SP, I called mtn (my SP) again yesterday morning, just after 6a.m and they verified my emails, asked for the new pin and IMEI number... Linked my email 2 the new details. After the call you need 2 go back to BB ID >forgot password > answer the security question, then they will email the link to reset it 2 ur email. If ur SP is mtn, they advised me that they are very busy during the day, rather call b4 7a.m or after 10.00p.m. Good Luck!
