So far I'm unable to purchase an app from Blackberry World, I've already raised a ticket for this. I'm trying to access payment options and it hangs in payment options. saying "unable to complete update....)

Try restarting your z10, off and back on, or a complete powered on battery removal and reinsert.

Perhaps the payment details on your account are not up to date?
Have you checked that... in your MyWord, look at payment details.

I am having the same issue. In fact, both my wife and I are with our new Z10's.
I get error messages no matter what form of payment I try.
Carrier billing is: error ID 30642
Credit card is: error ID 10000
Paypal shows: ppdlg.PAYPAL_ERROR_UNKNOWN

I switched from paypal to creditcard and it seems okay now.

I received an answer from the Crackberry site. Many thanks to them.
When you're in BB World (on your Z10), swipe down from the top.....then choose settings .....then choose 'payment options'......then at the bottom of the screen choose 'edit'......then beside the PayPal option there is a button called 'Edit' ....click it and re-enter your PayPal password.
Sounds complicated but it really isn't.
That fixed it for me!
