Hello,

I have a question, when I want to change my payment option from Visa to Mastercard it says there is a problem occurred and I didn't typed right card or CCV number.(my card number is 16 digit long, CCV 3 digit number)

I type my name, surname, card number and three digit CCV number but it say its not right???!!! I have mastercard and I can buy everything normally. But why doesn't take as my payment option here in blackberry app world and says my number or CCV is not right?

Please help to solve this problem, because Im proud and satisfied user of Blackberry!

You need the expiration date too.
I don't know if it has anything to say, but is your MasterCard a Maestro/Electron card?

Thanks for helping me, yes I have also typed expiration date, everything how is set on credit card. But still nothing.

Its electron card. Should this be a problem? I dont think so or is it?

I'm not sure, but at my work place electron cards don't work, so it might be something like that in app world too.

Try opening a paypal account and see if you can put some money in there with that card, and use paypal instead of card in app world.
