Please help, cannot download via BB app

Hi all,

I'm new to the BB and i don't know why my storm can't downmload via BB app.

The machine always tell to check connection and retry -- something like that

 

BTW: My storm is by Vodafone

Look and see version of AppWorld you are running on your device. It should be 1.0.0.28

 

Look at Options > Advanced > Applications and scroll to AppWorld and click on it to see.

 

If not .28, delete the app there in the screen where it is listed, and re-download and install AppWorld.

I had same problem here, I already try to find and saw the the version is .28 (just download new version) but still had same problem,

 

could some one help me?
