Re: Please help me

Are you able to use AppWorld when connected to a wifi router? Would you please check that?

I suspect that you are using a BIS data plan which allows only email and social media like BBM.

Re: Please help me

Reboot your WiFi router and try to find the connection again.

Do you need instructions to reboot your WiFi router?

Are you also saying your trackball does not work, at all...?

Re: Please help me

The 8520 is not 3G and you will never get 3G on that 8520, if you're attempting to do, it won't work.

Reboot your WiFI router:

On the router itself, unplug ALL cables including the power in cable for about 30-60 seconds then plug them back in.

Try the WiFI setup on the 8520 again. Does it find your WiFi router?

If not, can you try looking for another WIFi connection at a local coffee shop or McDonalds or hot spot in your area?

Re: Please help me

Ok, good luck!

I suspect you have a limited data plan from your provider.
