1) Exactly what steps do you follow -- please be very detailed since we cannot see what you see

2) Exactly what do you expect from each step?

3) Exactly what happens at each step?

If there ever are any error messages, please be sure to provide those, exactly accurate and complete, including any error codes, all punctuation, etc.
