Reporting an Issue: Please read before posting!

Hello Everyone,

 

We appreciate all the feedback that you are providing.  RIM staff are working around the clock to investigate issues that you are reporting.  Could we ask that when you are reporting issues to please provide the following: 

 

  • Your Carrier
  • Your BlackBerry Model
  • Your BlackBerry OS (Can be found in Options -> About)
  • Version of App World (Can be found by going into Options -> Advanced ->Applications)
  • If you have BIS or BES (Personal Use or Corporate Use)

The above items will expedite investigation of issues.
