My old email address which was used for my App World has since been blocked. Is there any way that I can use another email adress for App World on the same phone and everything in my phone will still be there eg. photos, documents, contacts. Need help.

Can you remember the BBID password? if so then follow the below KB article instructions -

• KB28060 How to change or update a BlackBerry ID username on the BlackBerry ID website

If you can't recall password then you'll have to create a new BB ID using a working email ID and reconfigure that ID in your phone. You also need to wipe the device (Options > Security > Security wipe), meaning erase all the device data. All the apps need to be reinstalled again.
