Stop receiving email from blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com.

Hello,

As I suscribed as a developer a few month ago, I have learned a lot about Blavckberry.

But I can't stop receiving emails that I don't want.

The funny thing is that there is no unsubscribe link, just "You are receiving this email because you are a registered BlackBerry App World Vendor."

I just want to stop these emails!

Do I really have to login again and find hidden settings, or is there a link to unsubscrbe, like any classic company would do?

Thanks for any help.

Re: Stop receiving email from blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

This is the user-to-user community, not any part of any user-to/from-RIM communication channels. But, I understand that the Vendor Portal is a protected area, requiring authentication for access (which I do not have, not being a developer). As such, I would suspect that your desired capability would be somewhere inside of that protected area. Further, it is also my understanding that, within that protected area, you have a separate dedicated channel for communications direct with RIM...that may perhaps be a better channel for you to use to seek the answer you need.

Additionally, the Developer sections of this user-to-user community might prove more useful to you...this section that you have posted in is typically for end user issues. But the Developer area has other developers participating, and they may have insight into what you require.

Good luck!

Re: Stop receiving email from blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com.

Hello, thank a lot for the answer.

Unfortunately, I cannot believe that such a huge company as RIM makes me connect to a website, dig into the settings, find the unsubscribe link, when all the companies in the world provide an unsubscribe link on their emails..

I will have to log there, send a remember password email, open email, change password, go to my settings, find what I need...

Seriously?

Just sayin'

Not being affiliated with RIM, I have no direct insight into your issue. All I offer is potential channels for you to find out for yourself what is going on. Seriously.
