Stubborn IT policy

I have now done everything possible to set my phone to factory defaults to wipe out my IT policy, including following instructions as per KB14058, KB21918 and various other KB codes things... Nothing has worked, I still cant download third-party applications

have you tried updating your device software on your BlackBerry?
If you have an answer to your question then please click “Accept as Solution”
Click on the LIKE on the bottom right if the post deserves credit.

So you did a factory reset but nothing worked... Hmmmm.
Did you try from your device or Desktop Software?

Look at Options > Security > Security Information.
