The plug-in has been installed on my laptop but I continue to get this message each time I try to purchase an app.

Hi Prince
I get as far as step 5a and download and install the plug-in. It then ghoes into a loop stating "do not navigate away from this page until the plug-in is installed" this continues each time until the session auromatically times out.,however the installation of the plug-in has already taken place and has been sucessfully completed. I find the plug-in in the program file of my control panel. I have tried on several occasions to uninstall and to re-install to no avail.

Uninstall plug -in from your Laptop ,then Restart also disable any Antivirus programs on your laptop, then please try again from Step 1 . Let see how it goes.

Thanks for the info but unfortunately this too did nopt work. I disabled the windows firewall and anti-virus and uninstalled and reinstalled still toi no avail.
