The appworld app and doc to go app are installed on the device but does not show on the desktop...how can i even acess it before clearing cache??

Please clarify your question...I'm not at all sure exactly what you are asking. Please provide details, step-by-step, etc. to help us understand your situation.
For instance...you say that AW and the ToGo apps are installed but don't show on the desktop -- what desktop? Your PC? The Desktop Software via your PC? The BB homescreen? Somewhere else?
And, what do you need to access it for if you desire to clear the cache?
Anyway, please clarify your situation so that we may better be able to help you.

I deleted whatsapp from my Blackberry 8800 yesterday and today i wanted to reinstall it, but it doenst work. BB appworld just tells me: This application is not available on your device...
I tried a lot of things, but nothin is working.

Sadly, we have no clairvoyance app, so we cannot know what you already tried, and so we risk giving you redundant advice. Please provide ALL that you have already tried so that we can perhaps avoid wasting your time with that.
In the meantime, have you tried the AppWorld Clear Cache routine?

At first i rebooted my computer and my blackberry.
I tried to find solutions on the internet but didnt find a solution.
Then I tried to download whatsapp over the internet and install it on my BB manually.
Then i wanted to write an email to the BB support.
And now I'm asking here.
Now i'm gonna try the AppWorld Clear Cache routine.

I can use both of them.
For the AppWorld Clear Cache routine I used the on-device AppWorld client. The cache was cleared but the problem still persists... What else can I do?

Thats exactly what i did and it tells me:
From the on-device AW: Unavailable for this device
And when i visit the website it says: Sprry, your current BB os is too old and not Supported. Upgrade to 4.6.
