It should be one one of the screens with icons... a black circle with thte BlackBerry Logo.

 

1. On your homescreen, press the Menu key > SHOW ALL, so that SHOW ALL is checked.
2. Look in EACH folder on your device... Applications, Instant Messengers, Downloads, etc.
If you still don't see it, look at Options > Device > Advanced > Applications. Do you see it listed there?

So it is installed, just that you now don't see the icon anywhere?

I have a Blackberry 9300. The problem which I have with my bb is the native browser that is not working properly. It only opens very few websites. I have opted to use an opera mini browser that is much better, even if it doesn't copy & paste.

When you say the native browser does not open many sites, what happens or what error do you get?
