I can connect my devise but at 2nd stage when my pin number appears and I submit I get error message  so cannot proceed further..  How to resolve please,

Please provide the exact and complete error message you see...not knowing that, the guesswork is just too wide to be useful.

This is the message I am getting at the 2nd stage when I have entered my pin. I have tried disabling my firewall etc but still no luck.

OK...so let's start with the message itself...have you checked content protection and turned it off? As well as the recommendation to reboot your BB?

So, what you are doing is, with your BB tethered to your PC, using the AppWorld portal via your PC Browser? Correct?

Can you use AW directly via the on-device interface, not tethered to your PC?

Many thanks, have rebooted BB and reset as you advised and all working oK and have been able to download required App.
