My card has been misused for making payment on app store. My Bank advised me to reach out to BB but i don't see any customer care contact no for India.
I don't own a BB and have not made the purchase.. Can some assist me to the right forum..

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration. We are simply BlackBerry users.
I will tell you that you need to dispute this charge with BlackBerry. Any reputable bank will handle the investigation themselves and not push the work off on to the customer. Just tell the bank you tried to contact BlackBerry, you couldn't, and that they need to reverse the charges off your credit card.
Obviously some scam artist has your credit card number and that really ought to be the greater concern: securing your credit against further use.
