Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFound Error

I just want to ask what will be the fix on the said BUG on App World version 3.1.0.56 I searched on all the forums and we are all experiencing the same error after we have update our App World to version 3.1.0.56 we cannot run anymore the App World there is a message " Uncaught exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFound Error” and clicked OK application will terminate.
