I just recieved my BlackBerry Tour and when trying to access my account on App World it states,
"You have used all your available device PIN changes for your My World account."
I had a Storm 9530, then bought a Tour 9630. I had a faulty track ball so Verizon sent me another Tour. I had problems with that Tour as well so Verizon sent me ANOTHER Tour, and while I waited for a fully functioning device I temporarally switched back to my Storm. Today I recieved new Tour.
Because of problems beyond my control I seemed to have exceeded some PIN change rule. I have no access to the massive number of applications I've purchased through App World and I need to be able to get them on my phone ASAP. I simply cannot afford to buy them again when many of them I had purchased within the last 30 days.
