I am using this Blackberry 9360 Curve.
Network Provider - Vodafone
Location- Kolkata, India
I have installed Viber from AppWorld. Now whenever I try to register my number it asks for a access code which is supposed to come to within 60 seconds of the registration attempt.
Unfortunately, I am not getting any access code via sms.
They have this callback facility where also they give the access code.
I tried that also but whenever I am putting the access code which I got in the phonecall (not any sms) the software is saying this code is wrong and try putting the correct code recieved via sms.
Is there any issue with my network provider? Do I need to register first for VoIP access?

Thanks for contacting us! Please try removing Viber, wait 24 hours, reinstall and try again (make sure you try both the SMS and the automated call options). If this doesn't help, contact our support team at http://support.viber.com and give them the details of the problem.
