While downloading an app, it hung up and I can't stop it. The "please wait" window is there. Now can't access app world. BB9800, torch, app is "unit converter free"
Are you still having the issue downloading this application and accessing BlackBerry App World storefront? If so, have you already tried reinserting your battery and retrying the download? Are you now receiving any error when accessing BlackBerry App World?
