app world images loading issues

I am having problem in app world, basically all is working fine but only issue is that app worl is not showing any images of any application even if I go into myworld there also non of the images of the application showing.
Also I'm not able to find a folder IMG where usually app world store the images.
Plz let me know how to fix it.

Hello farhanjq and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Sorry to hear you are having issues with BlackBerry App World™

 

From Options>Applications (or Options>Device>Application Management - depending on your software version) delete App World and reboot.

 

After the reboot completes go to www.blackberry.com/appworld on your browser and reinstall App World. Ensure you reboot after the installation completes.

 

Check to ensure the icons show up after the reinstall.

Thx for the reply but it dint worked also even I have formated my bb 9700 and reinstalled the 6os and again I tried to download and install still its having same issue images are not loading also no icons for the app, ganes, etc only icon it shows is my world and my account plz give me a solution asap thx

At this point it would be recommended you contact your mobile network provider to open a case with RIM support to investigate further.
