Dear Ladies & Gentlemen!
I recently purchased for my older BB 8110 via BBapps world the following apps:
Get Directions AmonPro Design Support-E-Mail: sales@amonprodesign.com (EUR) 0,75
UniBrowse - Browser unifier - Access multiple browsers or web search from one icon LSphone Support-E-Mail:
Kronometer Kanavon Software Support-E-Mail: support@kanavon.com
Unfortunately the download stuck within appr. 50% and was not restartable again. When I tried to reload or actualize my list of apps, the I could login but reloading my list of apps produced the following error message (translated from German into English): "The connection to BB AppWorld could not be set up. Pls. ensure that your system is connected to the wireless network and retry"
....after having done many retries I never could get access and download.
Is there another way to get the a.m. apps?
I would need them very urgent for my holiday trip.
Is ther a supportline from BB available ?
Thanks in advance & best regards
Hans

Hans, welcome to the Community Support Forums.
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
or hit the Menu key > Refresh
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
Now, see if your purchased apps are listed in MyWorld as uninstalled.

Hi ! Thx for the prompt reply, unfortunately nothing changed.
Is there a possibility to sand an eMail to BB App World and the send the purchased apps via eMail?
Is there a BB App World Supportline available?
Thanks in advance
Hans

Hello!
Yes, out of 3 one of them replied, telling me to refund my payment... although I would prefer getting the app ;-)....
Thx
