app world

my app world wont acknowledge my email address so i cant use the app world at the moment, my daughters email address keeps coming up in it so i delete it off pur mine in an it wont accept, ive now got 1 attempt left can any1 help me plzzzzz

whose device was this in the past?
whose device is it now?

if your daughter has given you her device, then you will need to change the BBID on it.

go to :
home screen >> options >> BlackBerry ID

Actually, no, to change users on the device, you will first need to wipe the device (Options > Security > Security Wipe) and then after the wipe, enter the new user's BlackBerryID.

I have seen such info for OS7 devices in the BTSC, but haven't found any such info for OS5 and OS6?
