applications all gone---help, please??

Somebody please help me.

i lost all applications on my BB pearl  phone display. Menu button doesn't even work--so, no "hide" or "show all" option. Unable to access phone features. Called tech support and procedure given didn't work.

It'll be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
