bbm voice chat

I've just updated my bbm and I'm meant to have voice chat, I'm connected to the wireless and everything but it was saying connection couldn't be established and now the icon has disappeared all together, please help :smileyhappy:

Hi hanlou96 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!

 

BBM Voice Chat will only be available when connected to a Wi-Fi network and if the selected contact has BBM 7 as well.
