My blackberry messenger is not working.I first deleted it but when I try to reinstall it on blackberry appworld it doesn't work and it keeps says 'asscoiating blackberry with blackberry I'd',what. Can I do to fix this?
Yes my bbm was working before but I deleted and did not go on it for about a month, but now I'm trying to reinstall it but it doesn't work,also I wanted to know do you have to top up before you can reinstall bbm?

You must have active BlackBerry Data Plan also known as BIS on your account in order to use BBM on your device , So please call your carrier and check if your account is properly configured with BIS.
