Can anyone please help!!

upgraded my bb app world to find out the icon disappeared from my menu

its not hidden, its in the application page but it wont let me open it!

i have tried everything: deleting, re installing, re booting, taking the battery out, 

think i have rebooted by phone about 10 times by now and it still won't come up on the main menu

how do i get bb app world icon back to the main menu????

I have also tried downloading the downgraded version of bb app world and it still doesn't work

i have followed through to the normal link on my blackberry browser when trying to download bb app world but nothing happens!!

I have tried everything by rebooting, pulling battery, reinstalled OS6 on my Torch 9800. I even went & traded my phone in twice & still nothing. I don't want to leave Blackberry due to been a customer for years. But been having numerous issues. If anyone can help, it will be much greatful!! I love Blackberry but almost on my way out.

iv tried everything, nothing works! u might have to go to your phoneshop and let them fix it for you
