My blackberry torch 9800 had an update for my app world I had this problem a few weeks back and someone helped me because my app world would not show up I updated my phone again today and the same problem has happend can some one help me with bb app world and send me the link for blackberry app world thanks

Hello,

With that long single-sentence report, I hope that I have understood you correctly...I doubt it, but I hope so. Punctuation always helps with comprehension by the recipient I find.

Please try this sequence:

1) Remove AppWorld from your BB

• KB10040 How to view or remove installed applications on a BlackBerry smartphone
• If it requests that you reboot the BB, do so

2) Do a Batt-Pull reboot (power on, remove battery, wait, insert battery, wait), even if redundant to the one you did in step 1.

3) Install (on your BB) a fresh copy of AppWorld

• http://blackberry.com/appworld/download
• Again, if it requests to reboot, do so.

4) Do another Batt-Pull reboot

5) See if it now works.

If you would not mind, would you please be just a bit more explicit? I gave you several steps to try, and from that brief report, I have no way to know how any of them worked. Given that I am at an internet-distance, I have only what you report to guide me...guessing is oh so difficult when there is a lack of detail.

Also, given my inability to properly parse your original post, perhaps you could try again with a bit more clarity (e.g., punctuation)?

I tryed all 7steps and done what you told me.
And sorry about my punctuation, am know good at punctuation. I deleted my app and rebooted my phone and the app world app would still not show up.
Some one sent me a link last time and it worked. And I sent the person a message.
So hopfully he can help me again.

If you deleted AppWorld, then there would be no reason for it to be on your BB anymore, would there? Maybe I still do not understand you. You say you did all 7 steps, but then all you report on is step 1 (deleting AppWorld). Plus, in step 3 above, I gave you a link for installing AppWorld to your BB...did you not see that?

If what you needed is that same older version of AppWorld, then the link I gave you in this thread is not useful...you will need to use the link JSanders provided in that older thread.
