blackberry app world update

my blackberry is telling me i have an update in blackberry app world but when i go into it there's nothin there but the icon is still showing on my home screen, any idea's on why this would be??

AppWorld refresh
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
or simply press the Menu key > Refresh list
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
